Boil a large pot of water and drop sufficient quantity of salt to season it.
Cook the pasta as directed and drain.
Place on low heat a large frying pan and when hot pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and the 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
When the butter melts, add the garlic and lemons.
Add the salt and the pepper sufficiently and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the flour gradually while whisking.
